To ensure success make sure the classroom to hold the meeting is set up to demonstrate how a good seating works, the lighting is clear and bright, the seating plan selected suits the activities.
The walls reflect the content that the teacher wants to teach, is connected to the students interests and shows diversity so everyone feels included.

Ask the teacher to explain why they have set up in this way and then ask the participants how this affected them as a participant?
