This unique half-day retreat is designed to help you mindfully close the year and put into place action steps to begin the new year with purpose, intention and inspiration.

About the facilitators:
Dr. Suzy Green is an internationally recognised psychologist, researcher, coach and founder of The Positivity Institute, whose aim is to create flourishing lives and increase the well-being of the world.
Dr William DeJean is an internationally recognised educator, researcher and founder of Unleash Learning whose aim is to help innovative organisations expand their meaningful impact on the lives of others.
Together, they’ve run flourishing retreats for over 5 years to help people bring out the best in who they are and what they do.

What’s a labyrinth?
It’s a simple contemplative pathway used as a walking mediation. It has been describe as a stress management tool and a watering hold for the spirit. Walking the labyrinth is a detour from the everyday path of our lives.
I’ve never attended a retreat. What should I expect?
A retreat is a time for reflection and action. You’ll engage in writing, discussion, meeting inspiring people, walking the labyrinth and creating actions steps to launch you into 2025.
What should I bring?
Please bring a pen, hat, journal, umbrella (just in case it rains) and dress comfortably.
Should I bring a friend or family members or go solo?
We’ve had people attend with family members (partners, kids, sibling), colleagues or have had people attending on their own. Decide what works best to bring out the best in you.
