The Leadership Academy : Year 1	Teaching and learning leadership teams	3-4 months	Term 3 or 4	Discover how embedding the Unleash Learning system from the top leads to lasting transformational change. Socialise your leadership team to model the system before unleashing it with your staff.
New Teacher Companion	Early career teachers (<3 years) + their mentors.	1 year	Term 1 or 2	The need to support new teachers for success has never been more pressing. With 50% leaving the profession in the first 5 years, set yours up to stick at it. Mapped to the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers and the California Standards for the Teaching Profession. New teachers get what they need to gather evidence for accreditation.Mentor Manuals provided.
How to Unleash Learning	Experienced teachers	4 months	Term 1 or 2	Master the Unleash Learning system and move from ‘delivery of information’ to ‘making learning stick’. Your team walks away with a shared system that sparks powerful learning – and works for everyone, every time.
Year 2: Embed

The Leadership Academy – Year 2	Teaching and learning leadership teams	3-4 months	Term 3 or 4	Go deeper as a leadership team. Revisit the Unleash Learning system and further embed it within your programs and team culture.
Teacher Team	All teachers	3 months	Term 3 or 4	Review the system in practice. Revisiting what’s been learnt helps it stick for teachers – so they can make learning sticky for their students. Start building a culture of effective teaching and learning that lasts. Each teacher gets a copy of How to Make Learning Stick for Everyone.
Year 3: Refine + certify
Section	For	Length	Intake	Description
The Leadership Academy : Year 3	Teaching and learning leadership teams	3 months	XXX	Learn to use data to refine the system in your school. Get trained to facilitate the Unleashed Learning Teacher Certification program. Take time to consider how to use the system to support your school’s feeder patterns.
Teacher Certification	Teachers who have completed the prerequisite programs	1 year	Any time in the year	Work individually and as a group to demonstrate how you’re using the Unleash Learning system in your classroom to make learning stick for everyone. Unleash Learning Teacher Certification is awarded to educators who demonstrate consistent and effective use of the system. Certified teachers become ideal candidates for promotion to leadership positions.
