She created Digital Nutrition as a positive framework for addressing digital wellbeing issues.

After I finished the interview, I have to admit I’ve had to rethink how I’m engaging with email and have started putting some of her tips into place.

We think it will do this for you, too!

  • Jason Jennings says:

For emails that you may need to access again, create labels and immediately put it in that folder. For emails that do not concern you directly or can be deleted because they do not contain information you may need to access later, DELETE IT NOW! If you don’t have a label and you think you will get similar emails, create a label immediately. If you’re not sure if you need to keep it or not, you might, so put it in one of the folders you have created.

Jason, such great feedback and ideas about email. I know our audience will really appreciate them. I especially like the DELETE IT NOW. Wonderful.

Thanks for dealing with this issue! I’m off to delete some of the emails that I don’t need! (10000+!!!)
