    In this time of COVID – 19 I am focussing on getting outside and going for a walk in the sunshine every afternoon. I am walking with my teenage daughter. This gives us a time to unpack both her day and mine. Each day I ask my students via our audio call what they did for the afternoon that was away from their iPads. I let them know that taking time out is very important for their own wellbeing and mention that I went for a walk. I am hoping that this is encouraging them to do something that they enjoy.
